JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that on search, the police has recovered two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for approximately five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
