The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.132 of 2015, a case under Sections 328/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence is against unknown. The case-diary also does not reveal that any eyewitness has supported the case.

Considering the fact that only material is against the petitioner is of suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mairwa Police Station Case No. 132 of 2015,
