The prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21752 of 2016. No fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner for reconsideration of his application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter.

The application is dismissed.
