The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner assaulted the informant and took away Rs. 10,000/- from his possession. It is submitted that from the side of the petitioner earlier Sherghati P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014 was registered and thereafter the present case is lodged. Nobody was injured. Similarly situated accused persons namely Kri Prajapati @ Krit Prajapat @ Ramkrit Pandit @ Kirit Prajapati, Chandan Prajapati @ Chandan Prajapat and Mithilesh Prajapati @ Mithilesh Prajapat have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26889 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 8721 of 2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
