The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2017 dated 02.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the FIR, though on suspicion. It has been alleged by the father of the victim girl who is aged about 15 years that on enquiry from neighbourhood, he learnt that the petitioner was seen taking anyway his daughter towards Siwan Town. The girl has not yet been recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the implication of the petitioner in this case is only on the basis of hearsay information given to the informant.

Regard being had to the fact that independent

No.52819 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 persons have told the informant that the petitioner was seen with the victim girl who has not yet returned home, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the above named petitioner for the present.
