Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.472 of 2019 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. It is alleged that 43 grams of ganja has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The seized ganja from possession of the petitioner is not commercial quantity. The petitioner is in jail since 06.12.2019.

It appears from perusal of seizure list that 43 grams of ganja has been recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.12.2019.
