2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of abduction of the son of the informant by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the first information report, case diary, statement recorded under sections 164 and 161 of the Cr.P.C. and impugned order dated 12.02.2024, it appears that the petitioner along with other accused persons have abducted the son of the informant and in 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as 161 of the Cr.P.C. the victim has named this petitioner for the alleged offence of kidnapping and supported the allegation version and other witnesses have also supported the case of the prosecution, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
