2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 352, 351(2), 96 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the records, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17224 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024.
