JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered in connection with Sandesh P.S.Case No. 254 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R petitioners were theft the articles of the temple.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. It is submitted that stolen articles has not been

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S Case No. 254 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
