The petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
112. 875 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a bamboo orchard of Buchhi Babu and these petitioners alongwith others are alleged to had brought aforesaid liquor. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession or premises of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 04.01.2022.
