NATH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 This matter has been placed under the heading to be mentioned at the instance of the sole respondent. Mr Gopi Jha, the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. It has been submitted that in the title page of the judgment dated 19.03.2015 his name is not appearing. It appears from the perusal of the judgment dated 19.03.2015 that the learned counsel for the respondent has been heard and thereafter the said judgment has been passed. It further appears that due to inadvertence the name of the learned counsel in the column of the order containing the name of learned counsel who appeared for the parties. The prayer has been made by the learned counsel that his name should also appear in the column in the title page where the names of the learned counsel for the parties are mentioned.

In view of the submissions and the facts and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14268 of 2014 (7) dt.27-04-2015 circumstances, the judgment dated 19.03.2015 is modified to the extent that the name of Mr Gopi Jha , advocate shall appear on the title page of the judgment as the learned counsel for the respondent.
