Case No.153 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018 in connection with seizure of 5.64 litres of liquor.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantity of liquor, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
