It is trite law that in view of the judgment of the Special Bench in the case of the Organizer, Dehri CD and CM Union Limited -Versus- State of Bihar & Others, 2014 (1) PLJR 695 that writ proceedings against the Cooperative Societies would not be maintainable.

Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
