JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Bhojpur at Ara dated 16.10.2020 sent in connection with Sessions Trial No. 51/2020, it appears that the case has been transferred to the trial court on 3.3.3020 and since then trial is pending for appearance of accused persons which is lingering due to Covid 19 pandemic. The next date fixed in the case is 22.10.2020.

In view of the report of the trial court, the bail petition of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2019, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
