2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to move the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi afresh.

4. The prayer is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as
