JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 365 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Electricity Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that 50 % of the dues amount was directed by this Court to be deposited by the petitioner, vide order dated 28.10.2021. He has complied with the order dated 28.10.2021. In this respect, supplementary affidavit has been filed.

The learned counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited is in appearance, though he has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
