For direction upon a respondent authority to consider the circumstances of threat and perception prevailing against the petitioner and his child for providing adequate protection against the life and property of the petitioner and his child.

(ii). For further considering the representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.5739 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 as given by the petitioner against his prevailing a threat and perception and begs an adequate remedy under the law so that the petitioner could lead his life along with three children peacefully."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
