2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 353, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application since the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi has rejected the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner without considering the injury report.

4. In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail application before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi. If such an application is filed, the
