The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 502 of 2017, a case under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2017 on allegation that country-made pistol and live cartridge was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57773 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 P2/ (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 502 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
