Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the roof of an abandoned government building, the petitioner and co-accused were arrested as they could not reply about the presence of electrical articles thereat. Hence, they were suspected that they committed theft of those articles. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2018. Investigation of the case is complete against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
