This application has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 by order dated 27-02-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12196 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 after being granted the privilege of Anticipatory Bail by this court are threatening the petitioner. In this regard, an FIR has also been registered which are A/3 & A/4 to the present application. Therefore, the Anticipatory Bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 be cancelled.
However, on query made by the court, learned counsel for the petitioner answered that O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 have been granted bail in connection with F.I.R.'s marked as A/3 & A/4.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27339 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 In view oif the aforesaid facts as well as the law laid down in the case of Dolat Ram vs. State reported in (1995) 1 SCC 349, I find no ground to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3.
Accordingly, this cancellation application stands dismissed.
