For directing the respondent authorities to pay appropriate amount of compensation to the petitioner and the father of the other deceased victims, for the death which has occurred

For directing the respondent-authorities to protect the life of the family members of the deceased workers by granting appropriate amount of compensation and other monetary benefits as their bread earner i.e. their sons have died in fatal accident during the period of contractual employment."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
