Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 08.10.2021 the petitioners were granted provisional bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 3 is the own sister of the deceased as stated in paragraph '12' of the bail application as such the question of demanding dowry from the parents of the deceased does not arise. It is further submitted that it does not stand to reason when deceased and petitioner no. 3 were own sisters then the in-

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners but fairly submits that during the course of investigation nothing specific has come against these petitioners.
