3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the allegation against the petitioner is of firing for demand of extortion money and also the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27062 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
