In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 15.03.2023, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that the premises in question has already been vacated and handed over to the petitioners on 24.03.2023 and a sum of Rs.3,96,000/- each has been paid to both the petitioners, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, however, he submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to agitate their grievance with regard to the balance amount of
