JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 This application for grant of bail arises out of Nawada Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2018, dated 18.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 348, 149, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of an iron rod, resulting in grievous injuries on his person.

Ram Adya Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that a false case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40056 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 has been instituted against him as the wife of the petitioner had earlier lodged a case against the informant and other family members of his family. The reason for his wife to lodge the case is that the informant and others wanted to outrage the modesty of his daughter for which his wife protested. In the process, the wife of the informant was assaulted seriously.

The petitioner was earlier made accused in a complaint case, in which he is on bail. In the present case, he is in custody since 29.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2018.
