JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, in case, any issue remains pending, the petitioner may be granted liberty to raise the same before the appropriate authority.

Learned counsel for the bank is present and submits that since the petitioner has already been paid, nothing survives for adjudication. Petitioner has already given a letter of satisfaction.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is disposed off as having become infructuous. In
