The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. (Supra). Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
