23-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 of Copyright Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the veracity of the prosecution is that the petitioner's actual name is R.K. Ranjan. The case has been instituted against Ranjan Kumar Sah. His father is, in fact, Ram Krishna Purvey, but in the First Information Report his father's name has been mentioned as Ram Kishun Sah. At the allegation being made in bona fide, the correct name would have been mentioned. In any view of the matter, he submits that the informant has neither shown any authority to seize the products nor any authority to

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, R.K. Ranjan @ Ranjan Kumar Sah @ Chhotu, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2016, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
