2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, the granddaughter of the informant went to South Bihar Gramin Bank but she did not return and she is still traceless.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that FIR has been lodged against unknown person. During trial, the victim has been examined in which she has stated that her statement was forcefully taken by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18536 of 2025(3) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 the police that Satyam Kumar @ Abhishek Kumar had kidnapped her. No one kidnapped her nor did anybody blackmail her. It is stated that there is no whisper against the petitioner in the deposition of the victim during trial. It is further submitted that the main accused namely, Satyam Kumar @ Abhishek Kumar has already been acquitted by the trial court from charges levelled against him. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge 1st, Begusarai, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Khatim Reza, J) Sankalp/- U T
