The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and name of petitioner figured during the course of investigation. It is alleged that apprehended accused disclosed the name of petitioner and stated that petitioner purchased the looted fridge. It is submitted that petitioner purchased the fridge from Om Electronics Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner that he purchased the looted fridge, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
