The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/504/307/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have only participated in the occurrence, but there being no specific allegation against him and no injury has been caused by the arms which are alleged to have been used, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
