The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 353, 333 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A Sub Inspector of Police, who is the informant of the case, made allegation that about 100 persons including the petitioners blocked the road, pelted stones and were demanding to call the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police after putting the dead body on the road. It is submitted that the petitioners are, of course, named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. One case under Section 304A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code was lodged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25497 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 the same day, being Natwar P.S. Case No. 24/14, in which one villager was killed in rash and negligent driving. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ram Chandra Ram and others have been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36781/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 156/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
