Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are the President and Secretary of the Managing Committee of Ward No. 10 of the Karma Basantpur Panchayat, Kutumba, Aurangabad. Petitioners have not defalcated any government money. Moreover,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16097 of 2019(4) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure- 2 (series). Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
