Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

At the very outset, it is submitted on behalf of the parties that parties have amicably settled their dispute by happy note of compromise and the term and condition of the settlement was recorded which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 to this petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the terms and conditions, the petitioner is producing D.D. No. 007550 of Rs. 5,25,000/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34492 of 2014 (3) dt.06-04-2015 The aforesaid original demand draft is handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the complainant. Since the parties have already settled their dispute, there is no need to keep this matter pending and accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Complaint Case No. 933 of 2013 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
