2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 04/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are accused of committing murder of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a woman and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is has one criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 03.01.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties as well as the fact that petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District- West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 04/2026.
