In view of limited prayer of counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to District Magistrate, Gopalganj (respondent no.2) to dispose of representation (Annexure 8). In order to facilitate disposal, petitioner should submit copy of the same along with copy of this order before respondent no.2 within four weeks.
