====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 389 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 15.9.2018. The victim girl on recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she was having love affair with this petitioner and she had voluntarily gone to Howrah to meet the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.

No.19185 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 389 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
