JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 The present petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to release the vehicle in question which has been seized in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019 under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that no confiscation proceeding has yet been initiated, hence the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the learned court below by filing appropriate application under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for release of the vehicle in question. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off
