2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 05.11.2020 passed in A.B.P. No. 2648 of 2020, arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 440 of 2020, by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur.
