He is an Assistant Teacher in a Middle School.

There were reasons at the prevalent time when the question for grant of such benefit of others was taken up because petitioner was under suspension and a departmental proceeding was also contemplated and initiated.

All that has come to rest in view of the decision dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.14301 of 2014 dt.24-08-2016 2/2 5.4.2016 contained in Annexure- 8 to the supplementary affidavit of the petitioner.

Counsel for the State takes a stand in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit that in view of the above developments, the District Primary Promotion Committee will consider the case of the petitioner when the next meeting is held.

Writ is disposed of in view of the above with a hope that such a meeting would be convened and held preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
