JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 dated 15.07.2013 instituted for the offence under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. Four persons were trying to snatch the motorcycle from the owner thereof but one was arrested by the public. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the aforesaid accused person viz. Shyam Lal Rai. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that but for the aforesaid confession of the arrested coaccused, there is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2018 and similarly situated two other accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

No.40444 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Trial No. 1141 of 2018, arising out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013.
