He has filed this application again for the same relief on the ground that earlier four other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 03.07.2014 in Cr Misc No 21415 of 2014 and Cr Misc No 43523 of 2013.

In my view, that would not constitute a new ground to file the anticipatory bail application afresh as that was already available on the day the first application was dealt with by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail which shall be dealt with without being prejudiced by the order of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17193 of 2015 (3) dt.09-06-2015 and taking into consideration that other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. This application, with the aforesaid observation and direction, stands disposed of.
