The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 283, 427, 435, 353, 290, 291 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, death of Sobha Devi was committed for non -fulfillment of dowry demand. Allegation is that the villagers were protesting along with dead body and had obstructed road traffic. Petitioners were identified among the villagers.

Considering the nature of allegation and the statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16599 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/2 of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dhaka Police Station Case No. 338 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
