The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter had been killed by her husband Naresh Prasad and his family members. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture has been made against the petitioners. The petitioners are sisters-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. From a perusal of the post mortem report , it appears that no external injury was found on the dead body of the deceased.

No.33412 of 2014 (4) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the facts and circumstances, and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 dated 4-1-2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 20 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
