JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 34 litres of liquor. He further submits that the similarly circumstanced coaccused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 39009 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
