Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 5 liters of desi liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17347 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023.
