The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the petitioner made an application for appointment on the post of A.N.M. but at the time of counseling the certificate produced by the petitioner was found to be foraged and fabricated.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in respect of appointment on A.N.M. the petitioner had made an application and at the stage of counseling the certificate submitted by the petitioner was found to be forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that petitioner was never appointed on the said post. Hence she has not made any wrongful gain and he has caused no wrongful loss to the State. It is submitted that petitioner is a lady.

Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner in the vent of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran aty Motiihari in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 253 of 2011. subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
