The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No.157 of 2015, arising out of Ara (Town) P.S. Case No.24 of 2015, a case under Sections 302/307/326/224/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Anshu Kumar has been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.43613 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54880 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
