Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 304, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 41(i)(ii) of the Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation)Act, 2010. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspision. As a matter of fact, petitioner had not treated the children and his name has been disclosed by two persons to the informant due to business rivalry. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
